Directions to Tuscan Hills

Car Rental Pick up.

 
The major car rental companies are situated conveniently in both Terminals A an B car parks.  There is Alamo, Avis, Dollar, Budget and National.  Additional to these there are many more car rental companies off site.  When booking please make sure you know where the company is you have hired from and if off site, do they have a pick up service to take you to and from the airport.

 
From Orlando International Airport, our villa is easy to find and only 25 minutes drive.

 
DIRECTIONS from Orlando International Airport.

• Exit airport car park & follow SOUTH EXIT to KISSIMMEE
• Stay on this road for a couple of miles until it splits into 3 lanes. You will enter on the left but need to be in the right hand lane soon.
• Approx 400 yards on your right a sign will say 417 SOUTH. Turn right here. You will now be entering the toll road ( 417 South ) . You will need $2.50 in total for this road. Each booth will give change.
• Follow 417 until you hit the 192 ( N.B. Make sure you have 50cents in change  for unmanned toll booth )
• Travel west on 192 right to the very end.
• Follow the signs for US 27 south towards Haines City.
• Stay on the US27 now, travelling past the 1^st National Bank and Polo Park.
• You will see Legacy Park coming up on your right, slow down and get into the left hand side lane, you will see Tuscan Hills coming up on your left, turn left now.
• You will see the entrance for Tuscan Hills on your right.

Exit Sanford Airport and follow signs for toll road 417 South. The directions are then exactly the same as above. Be prepared and have approx $8 to pay at various booths.

Alternatively:

Take the I4 West to Tampa, take junction 55 and follow the US27 to Claremont.

Travel up the US27 going past Ronald Regan Parkway,

After approx 4/5 miles you will come to a Publix supermarket on your left at the Berry Town Shopping Plaza, go through the lights here, keeping in the right hand lane.

You will see Tuscan Hills on your right hand side, turn here, then in to the development.
