We supply these free of charge.

 

Our management company are available 24 hours a day.  Their phone number is in the villa information booklet.

 

We only allow smoking round the pool area NOT in the villa at anytime.

 

All linen are towels are provided, however the towels are only for use in the villa.  You will need to bring your own towels for use at the water parks or the beach.

 

There is a games room in the garage [pool table, air hockey, darts etc].  We also provide a Playstation 2 and several DVD players, along with cable TV. You will also find  board games and an extensive range of pool inflatable’s and games

 

The property is maintained by the management company.  During your stay don't be alarmed if someone visits to clean the pool or cut the grass etc

 

We operate a strictly no pets policy

 

There is a phone which allows free local calls.  We recommend you buy a phone card for international calls {available at most local stores].

 

The villa is alarmed.

The villa is fully air conditioned except for the garage area.

 

Only yourselves, your clothes, personal toiletries and towels for use outside the villa.

 

The villa has cable TV in all bedrooms and lounge.  There is also a TV/DVD and Playstation in the Games Room.  Plus DVDs in all bedrooms and lounge.

 

The villa will have sufficient toilet paper, hand soap for the first few days. The home is self catered meaning that as you use the items initially provided it will be up to you to replenish items as needed.

 

There is a fully equipped laundry with ironing facilities (as mentioned above you will need to provide your own washing soap/powder).

Hair driers are provided in both Master bedrooms.
